I Turn Polar Bears White

I turn polar bears white
and I will make you cry.
I make guys have to pee
and girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid
and normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown
and make your champagne bubble.
If you squeeze me, I’ll pop.
If you look at me, you’ll pop.
Can you guess the riddle?

The answer to this admittedly lame riddle is, “No.” The reason is that the question at the very end asks if you can guess the riddle and there is nothing that satisfies all of the riddles’ requirements.

Some say that pressure is the answer, but they can’t explain how it turns polar bears white or pancakes brown. Nothing turns polar bears white, any more than something turns a snowflake white and heat makes pancakes brown, not pressure.

Actually, polar bear hair is clear, it is translucent. Their skin is black, and as a sort of ‘nature’s fiber optic’ light travels down the hair to their black skin and warms them. So due to layers refraction of light really makes them look white. Nearly all these have an energy transference / exchange or matter shift … Id actually say EXPOSURE. Exposure to the sun, Exposure to the elements. A lot of exposure can make a popular person look bad and a normal person a rock star. Exposure to the elements or cold, weather. etc.I originally thought entropy but that doesnt meet all qualifications. The ‘You will pop’ thing is still not right.

Actually, the answer is the riddle itself because the question asks what the riddle is, not what turns polar bears white, etc.
Soooo yeah. Both of you guys are wrong.

I would assume this is pressure.
Because turning polar bear’s hair white could be symbolic of pressure giving grey hairs.
Pressure makes people cry.
Guys gotta pee when they’re bladders are under pressure.
Girls brush their hair cuz of societal pressure to look good.
Celebrities do stupid things under pressure.
Normal people can become heroes after completing something great under pressure (or somethin’ like dat)
Heat is a form of energy… so I suppose that’s considered pressure to make pancakes brown. Or if you have those machines which press pancakes, those can turn em brown using pressure.
The released pressure for chapaign allows for bubbles,
Putting in pressure causes things to pop,
If you look at pressure, you may pop? You feel pressure and feel like popping or it literally pops u under pressure.

That was what I thought when I first read.

I think the answer is Jesus. Every answer is Jesus so you can’t say I’m wrong.

Easy the answer is ‘No’, why? the only thingy that you need to read is ‘can you guess this riddle?’ so you say no.

@Mia lala

What? It never asked why, maybe you should re-read. x’D

its no because it asks you “can you answer this riddle” so you say “no” because it confuses you so you’re unable to answer it

Aaron says

The answer is actually no because it says “can you answer the riddle” no you cant

No why can you answer the riddle (last line)

The answer is “no”, but not because of what you guys wrote. The answer is “no”, because a riddle, any riddle, cannot be “guessed”. A riddle can be solved. An answer can be guessed. If the question at the end was “Can you answer/solve the riddle?” or “Can you guess the answer?”, then… well, then it would have been a bit harder, because maybe it’s pressure, and maybe it’s light, and maybe it’s atoms, and maybe it’s Jesus, and maybe it’s all nonsense and there is no answer. But as it is, the answer is “no”, because riddles are not guessed.

Ponzu I hadn’t thought of that! That is really smart! Me being a little kid, I would have guessed life.
