its not the number its a squeal of car gear, the answer is “R” which is reverse gear

1 x 50 = 50 3 x 25 = 75 5 x 20 = 100
2 x 50 = 100 4 x 25 = 100 5 x 20 = 100
SO, 5 IS THE CONFIRM AND FULL STOP ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION PAST YEARS.

According to my view answer should be 7
1+3=4+1=5
2+4=6+1=7
There may be so many patterns to solve a puzzle….

ANSWER 3:
ONE, three letters, -1 gives 2;
THREE , five letters , -1 gives 4;
FIVE, four letters, -1 gives 3;

This is the stupidest thing ever, not all gear shifts follow the same pattern.

If we think the middle point is *Nutral* in between 3 & 4 then the answer goes *R*
Because the gear shaft in my car has same pattern

(2*4)+(4-2)=10

(2*2)-1=3
(3*3)-2=7
(4*4)-3=13
Answer is 8

1+3+5=9
2+4+3=9
Answer is 3

My answer was 7.
7 is the only remaining number (0 to 9) that does not have any curves, only straight lines.

R only applies to certain vehicles and therefore it cannot be true in all cases.

It’s just depending on how u look at it, it could be a representation of a car’s gear, or it could be whatever else you can think of.

R is the answer because It’s representation of a stick shift, where 1-5 are gears , and R is represent as reverse.
