This riddle needs clarification (ie. Your mother and her brother were only children, or were the only siblings who married). The answer is not necessarily your father. If there was a third sibling who was married to another man, then the answer could have been your uncle by marriage as he would have also been your mother’s brother-in-law, too. It could get more complicated if you consider the possibilities of half-siblings or adopted siblings, and LGBTQ+ relationships.
