Pronounced as one letter,
And written with three,
Two letters there are,
And two only in me.
I’m double, I’m single,
I’m black, blue, and gray,
I’m read from both ends,
And the same either way.
What am I?
Eye. It’s pronounced like the letter ‘i’, but written with three letters. There are only two letters used (‘e’ and ‘y’). The eye is double with two ‘e’s and represents a single eye. The eye is made up of various colors, some of which are black, blue and gray. And lastly, the eye is a palindrome, spelled the same forward and backward.

I find the riddles very interesting.
It is really funny sometimes.

The answer is a pregnant female sheep or “ewe” pronounced as “u”.
With double “e” and single “w” or single entity or pregnant double entity.
“Ewe” is a palandrone, written an read both directions.
Sheep breed are mostly black and white not blue.
But the “hue” ( aka”ewe”) of a colour can black, blue or gray in hue.

at first thought this is sooooo why y hower you want to spell it then BOOM colors and junk so then im like what
the heck?finally after 5 min of sitting and haveing my brain melt i look at the answer and i slap myself and laugh then i show my family and they do the exact same thing! this is a great riddle to stump your friends and family and have a good laugh!
