A Hundred Legs But Can’t Stand
I have a hundred legs, but cannot stand.
I have a long neck, but no head.
I cannot see, yet I help keep your house neat and tidy.
A broom.
I Never Even Touch the Ground
For some, I am used to get around.
I never even touch the ground.
Sometimes I fall and sometimes I float,
If I’m in the air, then take note.
What am I?
A boat. Boats are used to get around, they aren’t on the ground, but in the water. They rise and fall with the waves, and if they’re in the air, it may be due to rough seas and you should be careful.
Another possible answer is a blimp.
Alive Without Breath
Alive without breath,
As cold as death,
Clad in mail never clinking,
Never thirsty, ever drinking
A fish.
Look In My Face
Look in my face and I am someone,
Look in my back I am no one.
What am I?
A mirror. The face of a mirror shows your face, but the back of a mirror shows nothing but dust and cardboard (depending on the type of mirror).
A Problem In Many People’s Lives
I am a problem in many people’s lives. At times (even more than once) I’m useful. The older I grow, the less useful I become. Who am I?
Credit or debt. Debt is a problem in many people’s lives, but in order to go to school or make a large purchase, it can be useful. As your debt grows older, it’s more unpleasant than useful.
