Guys the answer is this its asking how many as in the total amount since every single day has more that 28 days its asking how many see the word many that means the total amount of days have 28 and since all the months except february have more than 28 days that means like january july august they all have like 30 or 31 and that is more than 28 days so it technically has 28 days because 28 + 3 is 31 28 makes 31 and it is not asking for how many months have exactly 28 days its tricking you and saying how many months have 28 days or simplified how many months have over 28 days.
