Everyone Is Doing This Same Thing
Right now everyone in the world, no matter where they are, is doing the exactly same thing. What is it?
Getting older. Sad but true, and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it. If you thought of breathing, it’s not entirely accurate because not everyone takes a breath at the same time. Living is an arguably suitable alternate answer as well.

Breathing is the word that came to my mind first although you are saying you are not accepting that as the correct answer.But we breathe at the same time. Some breathe in whilst others are breathing out.

Yeah, I discounted breathing because people can hold their breath for minutes at a time.

You never said at the same time just the same thing. Breathing is breathing weather it is in or out.
