I start out the same as others,
Then grow to four legs and four arms,
And two hearts beat inside,
Until the separation.

A pregnant starts as a regular human that is when they say I start the same as others
A pregnant has two heart the mothers heart and the babie’s heart
When it says grow to four legs and hands it means when the mother gets pregnant
Until the separation means when the mother get separated with the baby
