Comes To Bedsides, Icy Bridges
He comes to bedsides, icy bridges,
battlefronts, and crumbling ridges.
When he comes, he comes alone,
taps a shoulder, then is gone.
Death.

i don’t get it. Why just those things.? Could it not list any high risk situations.? Why not list swimming with crocodiles or free fall parachuting, sex with strangers in public toilets without condoms ? Or is there something about icy bridges and crumbling ridges (apart from rhyming) that I’m not getting?
