“8” is kind of obvious—it’s the only missing digit!
There is, coincidentally, some maths to it too. See how “22” keeps figuring when you take the digits in pairs?
2 3 6 7 1 9 4 5
==> 23 67 19 45
==> 22 + 1 22*3 + 1 22 – 3 22*2 +1
After 22*3 + 1 came 22 – 3, so after 22*2 + 1 should be 22 – 2 = 20.
