None. Both are the same weight. Tons is a measure of weight, not quantity, as @Dan stated, so a ton of feathers is the same weight as a ton of stones. You may need 1,000 stones to make a ton and 1,000,000 feathers to make a ton, but it is the same weight.

If u had a ton of feathers and a ton of stones the stones r heavier. It depends upon the material or thing u used to make up a ton.
